ABOUT US

People Are Talking

This is a beautiful campground. We needed someplace close to Dallas because we wanted to see George W. Bush’s Presidential Library, and check out where JFK was assassinated. The showers were individual rooms with a toilet, sink, and a shower. The sites are nice level cement slabs with a grass patch and tree at each site. There is a pool, tennis court, and basketball as well. The people in the office were nice. We would stay here again.

We totally enjoy The Retreat at Shady Creek. Nice large spaces with lots of grass, staff are friendly and responsive, clean pool and Club house. Close to stores, restaurants etc. It is a well maintained RV Park. We will go back.

If you are a camper going near Dallas, this should be your destination. Large spacious lots with easy access. Distance between RVs is amazing. Pool, club house, and amazing staff. It deserves a 6 star rating.
